AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BOY,TON BF~CH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR
T~E FISCAL YEAR BE~ISI~ING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977.
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach~
Florida, requires an appropriations ordinance be passed by the
City Council of said municipality each year, adopting a budget
showing revenue of the City from all sources and the estimated
expenditures to the various purposes for the ensuing fiscal year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYIqTON BEACS, FLORIDA:
Section 1: ~nat the proposed budget for the ensuing
fiscal year previously prepared by the City Manager now on file
in the City Hall of the City of Boynton Beach,Florida, be and
