O76-35ORDINANCE N0. 76-35 AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOY,TON BF~CH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR T~E FISCAL YEAR BE~ISI~ING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977. WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida, requires an appropriations ordinance be passed by the City Council of said municipality each year, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from all sources and the estimated expenditures to the various purposes for the ensuing fiscal year: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYIqTON BEACS, FLORIDA: Section 1: ~nat the proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal year previously prepared by the City Manager now on file in the City Hall of the City of Boynton Beach,Florida, be and the same is hereby finalized andeS!Opted for the fiscal year of said municipality beginning October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions the City of Boynton Beach, part hereof by reference. Section of $12,300 to the service for the reserve due on of Section 28 and Section 84 of the City Charter of Florida, said budget being made a 2: That there is hereby appropriated the sum the General Fund for the payment of operating City Government Section of $5,469,228. to expenses and necessary capital outlay for the pursuant to the terms of the above budget. 3: That there is hereby appropriated the sum Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt purpose of paying the interest, principal and the general obligation bonds of the City not subject to statutory exemptions and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. Section 4: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,828,127. to the Water and Sewer utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary capital outlay.
