3 i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
4 FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET FOR
5 THE PARK & REC FAC TRUST FUND FOR THE
6 FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2015, AND
7 ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2016; PROVIDING FOR
8 SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE
9 DATE.

11 P WHEREAS, a final budget was approved by the City Commission on September 15,
12 r 2015, for the fiscal year 2015 -2016; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Manager is recommending amend the amount necessary to be
14 appropriated for fiscal year 2015 -2016 for the Park & Rec Fac Fund.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
16 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
17 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
18 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption
19 hereof.
20 Section 2. The City Commission of the Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
21 amending the appropriated FY 2015 -2016 budget for the Park & Rec Fac Trust fund from
22 $189,020 to $271,320. A copy of such amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
23 the appropriations set out therein for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2015 and ending
24 September 30, 2016, to maintain and carry on the government of the City of Boynton
25 Beach.
26 Section 3. That there is hereby appropriated revised amounts to the Parks & Rec
27 Fac Trust Fund (see Exhibit A) pursuant to the terms of the budget.
28 Section 4. If any clause, section or other part of this Resolution shall be held by

29 any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutional
30! or invalid part shall be considered as eliminated and shall in no way affect the validity of the
31' remaining portions of this Resolution.
32 Section 5. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
33 repealed to the extent of such conflict.
34 Section 6. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
