A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A REDUCTION IN THE CASH
SURETY POSTED BY LOWE'S OF BOYNTON BEACH
FOR INSTALLATION OF UT][LITI]SS FROM $278,904
TO $13,945.42; AND PROVDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously posted a Cash Bond in the
maount of $278,904 as surety to guarantee a installation of utilities for Lowe's of
Eloynton Beach (Permit No. 00-1990); and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project and it has been
~etermined by staff that the sum of $13,945.42 should be held;
NOW, TI-I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
DF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Flor/da, based
~pon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves a reduction in the Cash Surety posted
>y Lowe's of Boynton Beach for excavation/fill from $278,904 TO $13,945.42.
