A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINrflNG ~on~aJd ~tel [ti,~ AS A
VOT1NG DELEGATE TO REPRESENT THE CITY Ol~
BOYNTON BEACH AT THE FLORIDA LEAGUE OF
CITIES, INC., 75th ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO BE
HELD AUGUST 23-25, 2001; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference will be held on
August 23 - 25, 2001, with the theme being "Downtown: Comxecting Communities,
Culture and Commerce"; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is entitled and urged to appoint one
voting delegate to said Conference and wishes to bestow upon the following named
individual such right and honor of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed
as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2.

Florida League of Cities Annual Conference.
Section 3.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida

That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
