A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL MATERIAL
PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOLID WASTE
AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH FOR
RECYCLED MATERIAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
ecommendat on of staff, deems t to be n the best interests of the Qty residents to enter
nto a Commercial Material Purchase Agreement with the Solid Waste Authority for recycled
material;
NOW: THEREFORE`, BE ~1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMTSSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
hereby authorze and drect the Mayor to execute a Commercial Material Purchase
Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and the So id Waste Author ty, a copy of
reement is at~ached hereto as Exhibit "A."
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
