AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING'PLAT OF LAKE WORTH MARINER VLLLAGE; PRO-
VIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,, REPEALING PRO-
VISIONS. AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAANED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Secfion 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed plat of LAKE
WORTH MARINER VILLAGE, heretofore submitted to the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval, pursuant to the Charter and the Ordinances
of the said City, does meet all requirements of the City and, accordingly, is hereby
approved.
Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to codi~
and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separabl~
.ncluding word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be de-
clared invalid, the remazning portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Seci~-_on 5: An Effective Date: This Ordina.uce shall become effective in the
manner and at the time provided by law.
