Sectionl: That Section 5 (A)(2) of Appendix A of the Codified
Ordinances of lhe City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and is hereby amended
to the extent that the following portion of said section immediately following
subparagraph ia), to-wit:
"a. The following lot and building selback requirements

Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted
to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shah not be affected
but shah remain in full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provisions: All Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Seetion 5: Effective Date: This Ordinance shah become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by [aw.
