I~zHEREAS, the City Council of the. City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
has heretofore adopted Ordinance NO. 75-19 in which a Revised Zoning Map
was adopted for said City; and
WIi-EREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of
the iohabitants of said City To amend the said Revised Zoning Map as herein-
after set forfih.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcels of land located in Section
30, Township 45 Soulh, Range 43 East, City of Hoynlon Beach, Palm Beach
Connfy~ Florida, be and the same are hereby rezoned from zone C-3
Blocks 96, 97, 98, 127 and 128, [ess the east 450 feet thereof;
all of Blocks 91, 92, 93, 94. 99. 100, 101, 102, 123, 124, 125,
126; and the east 260 feet of Blocks 90, ~,103 and 122, PALM
BEACH FARMS COMPANY PLAT #8, according to the plat there-
of on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for Palm Beach County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 73. ~MSS the road right-of-way for Congress Avenue.

City of Boyntoa Beach, Florida.
