A RESOLU-~ON OF THE C~I-Y COMMISSION OF THE C~'I'Y
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND QTY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING ALONG CONGRESS
AVENUE FROM SW 23~D AVENUE TO OCEAN DPEX, TO
EXTEND THE TIME FOR PROVIDING REIMBURSEMENT
FROM MARCH 31, 2000, TO DECEMBER 31, 2000,
BETWEEN THE C~Y OF BOYN-EON BEACH AND PALM
BEACH COUNTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFF
DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1999, the City of Boynton Be
County entered into a financial agreement that provided for the
50% of the expenses for vegetation materials, installation an~
and;
WHEREAS, the City was unable to meet the March 31, 2
requested an extension to December 31, 2000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'T~
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR]DAf THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boyn
upon recommendation of staff, hereby authorizes and directs
Clerk to execute an Amendment to the Financial Assistance
for landscaping improvements along Congress Avenue from
Ocean Drive, extending the expiration date to December 31, 20,

THIS AMENDMENT is ma~e to the Finanoial A~sistance Agreement
dated April 20, 1999, by and between the CIT~ ~F BOYNTON BEACH, a
