A RESOLUTION OF TIzFE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOPdDA, APPROVING
THE PROPOSAL FROM MADSEN, KNEPPERS &
ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR PRE-LITIGATION SUPPORT IN
REGARD TO THE SMITH & COMPANY LAWSUIT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WItEREAS, the City is currcmtly involved in litigation with Smith & Company; and
WltEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Attorney that the Ci.ty approve the
¢oposal ofMadsen, Kneppers & Associates, Inc, for pre-litigation support services;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
rue CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynto~ Beach, Florida does
aereby authorize and approve the proposal ofMadsan, Kneppers & Associates, ~c., for pre-
litigation support services for the lawsuit entitled Smith & ,C,o,m, pan~ vs. City of Boynron
Beach, a copy of which proposal is attached hereto as Exhibit A .
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
