A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH'S
2001-02 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN; AND PROVDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI-1EREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is entering into its fifth year of receiving feden
grant funds as an entitlement community; and
WI-IEREAS. a One-Y6ar Action Plan has been developed with activities listed, setting
forth how the City iniends to utilize the funds available to best address urgent needs, which plan i~
attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; [
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY TI-IE CITy COMMISSION OF TI:IE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton peach hereby approves the
adoption of the City of Boynton Beach's 2001-02 One Year Action Plan, which Plan is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
