A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
_~qTENNA SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND THE FI}~DERAL
BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION; AND PROVI~DING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WItEREAS, it is the desh'e of both parties to enter into Antenna Site License
providing for the operation of communications equip~ and related purposes
the Federal Bureau of Investigation on the Boynton Beach Tower
WltEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Core ssion has deemed that
of this Agreemem will be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the

NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TItE CI~ COMMISSION OF
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section ~_. The City Commission of the City of Boymon Beach, Florida does
hereby authorize and approve a License Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
the Federal Bureau of Investigation, providing for, which Agreement is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
Se~ction 2.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
