A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH- FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY
TO KENNEDY PROPERTIES LTD., (FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS LEXINGTON LAKES) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,000.00; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WttEREAS, Kennedy Properties L~., previously posted a cash surety in the
project known as Lexington Lakes; and
WHEREAS, the potable water system for tiffs project has been successfully
he warranty period; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering is satisfied with the completion of
action taken by the developer and sit} contractor in the resolution of outstanding
and have so advised the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH. FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the mount
000 to Kennedy Properties Ltd.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
