A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A REDUCTION IN THE CASH SURETY POSTED BY
BAPS DEVELOPMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF
UTILITIES FROM $26,015.00 TO $1,301.00; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously posted a Cash Bond in the
of $26,015.00 as surety to gtmrantee a installation of utilities for BAPS
and
WI-IERE~S, a final inspection has been conducted on this project and il has been
staff that the sum of $1,301.00 should be held, which is 5% of the original
of the warranty period;
NOW, THEI/~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
the recom~mndation of staff, hereby approves a reduction in the Cash Surety posted by
'S from $26,015.00 to $1,301.00.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
