PURPOSES.
WHEREAS; the City Council of ~e Ciiy of Boyn~on Beach, Florida,
has heretofore adopied Ordinance 75-43 for the pumpose of ~ending Section
66 of Article IV of ~he Municip~ Charier of s~d Cily %o clarify ihe me~g
of "Public Records", and ~o add Seclions 66.1 and 66.2 t0 provide respectivelj
for a definiiion of "Public Records" and for delivery of such "Public Records"
~o lhe City Clerk witch ien (10) days afier receipl ~ereo2 ~d
WHEREAS, as Ordinance No. 75-43 has not yei been codified and
~corporaled in~o the City's exisiing Code; and
WHEREAS, the Ciiy Council deems it advisable thai said Ordinance
No. 75-43 and lhe said Section 66 as ~ended, ~nd lhe said Sections 66.1
and 65.2 be repealed.
NOW, T~REFORE, BEtIT O~DA~ED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Seclion t: Thai Ordin~ce No. 75-43 of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and and is hereby repealed.
Seclion 2: That Sec~on 66, entitled "S~e--~ties of Clerk" as
~ended by Ordin~ce 75-43, Seciion 65.1 eniiiled 'S~e--Definifion of
Public Records", ~d Seciion 66.2 enti%led "Same--Delivery of Public Record
~o City Clerk", of Ariicle W of ~he Municip~ Charie~ of ~e CiW of Boston
Beach, Florida, be ~d is hereby repe~ed.
Section 3; Auihorfly ~o Codify: Specific au~riiy is hereby granled

Section 4. Separability: Each of ihe provisions o~ this Ordinance
~e separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and ff any portion

ihereof shall be declared invalid, ~he remaining portion shall nol be ~fecled
but shall remain ~ full force ~d effecl.
Section 5. Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6. An ~ffective Date This Ordinance shall become effective
the manner and at the time provided by law.
