AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA~ ~AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF
SAID CI~ BY REZONING LOTS 32~ 33 AND THE
SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 34~ CENTRAL PARK,~ CITY
OF BOYNTON BEAC~t, COUNTY OF PALM BEAC~I,
FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12~ PAGE
12, FROM ZONE C-3 TO C-4, PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE ~ REPEALING PROVISIONS,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach.~
Florida.~ has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. ~5-19 in which
a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of laid City has
recommended to the City Council that the said devised Zoning
Map be amended as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREASj the City Council deems it to he in the best
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter se~ forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY ~ CITY COUNCIL OF 5~{E
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described parcels of land be and
the same are hereby rezoned from Zone C-3 to C~:
Lots 32~ 33 and South 20 feet of Lot 34, CEA~.RAL
PARK, according to the plat thereof oqfile in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circui~Court~
in and ~or Palm Beach County~ Florida~ as recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 12.
Section 2. The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended accordingly.
Section 3. Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word~ clause, phrase or
sentence~ and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain
in full force and effect.
