WHEREAS~ thin, City Council of the City of Baynton Beach,
Florida, has'heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which
a Revised Zoning Map w~s adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best inter-
ests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said Revised
Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, Ti~EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYI~TON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described parcels of land be and
the same 'are hereby rezoned from Zone R-la to R-3:
Lots 18, 19~ 20 and 21, Block 7, LAKE ADDITION,
according to the plat thereof on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 71.

Section 2. The said Revised
amended accordingly.
Section 3. SeDarabilit¥:
Zoning Map of the City shall
Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected hut shall remain
in full force and effect.
S~ction ~. Repealinq~ ~rovisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. Effective Da~e: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter
and Ordinances of the C~ty of Beynton Beach, F~orida.
