A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO BOVIS HOMES,
IN THE A_MOUNT OF $5,000.00; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bovis Homes, the developer for the project k
~reviously posted a cash surety in the mount of $5,000.00 for the w~
system; and
WltEREAS, the Utility Department of the City of Boynton
the completion of the work, and the warranty period has expired.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT~I
I'HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton B~
