It is proposed that this Council allow the Potmce Depamtment in some manner to be decided by the Council~ by lease~ gr~nt 0r permission to use a pamceI of land off Old Boynton Road to build police pistol and r/fle range~ etc. Discussion held. M~. Summers moved that we tentatively go ahead with this idea of a rifle range provided. Seconded by Mr. Collins. Hnanimously carried. .Discussion re~ardin~ waivinq $50.00 fee. ~-~. OTHER Mr. Coumtnay~ City Manager~ bmought up the request of Judge Durkin to have one additional month's leave of absence due to health reasons. Judge Ad Litem Ron Ewing has been contacted and will be availabe to sit in next mon=h~ if needed. Mr. Summers moved that we give Judge Durkin one more month leave of absence due to illness.
