A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON EACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
ACCEPTANCE THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAL-MART AT
BOYNTON BEACH, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET
FORTH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach. Florida, upon
recommendation of staff, does h~reby accept the Final Plat for Wal-Mart at Boynton Beach,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Wal-Mart is subdividing their tract of land into five (5) parcels, four of which
will be for sale.
2. The plat will not be recorded until it contains the signatures of the Mayor and
acting Director of Enigneering and the seal of the reviewing surveyor and
mapper, as required by Florida Stature.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves acceptance of the Final Plat for Wal-Mart m
Boynron Beach, subject to the conditions set forth above.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
