WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to b~ in the best

Florida Department of Education.

The AGENCY Aarees to:
Provide a liaison to coordinate and supervise vocational
education activities between the PROVIDER and the AGENCY.
Provide the minimum number of eligible students to achieve and
maintain the required membership for each course as designated
by the PROVIDER. , ,
Provide agency orientation for the PROVIDER S vocational

Both Parties AGree That:

unless submitted in writing and executed duly authorized

If the School Board terminates for convenience herein, it
shall not be liable for breach of contract, loss profits, or
other such damages consequential or inconsequential.

delivered by a certified AGENCY employee, for those AGENCIES having
