RESOLUTION NO. R93-/~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR ~ND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND JOHNSON YOKOGAWA CORPORATION, FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATION AT THE EAST WATER TREATMSNT PLANT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has deemed it to be in the best]interests of the citizens and residents of the City ~of Bdynton Beach, Florida to execute a Contract with Johnson Yokogawa Corporation for System Integration at the East Water Treatment Plant in tlhe amount of $381,000, to be funded from the 1992 Water and Sewer Revenue Bond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITYOF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Contract with Johnson Yokogawa Corporation for System Integration at the East Wa~er Treatment Plant in the amount of $381,000, to be funded from the 1992 Water and Sewer Revenue Bond, which Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
