ANORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75--25TO PROVIDE FOR AN2~MENDED
ESTIMATE OF REVENUE ANDEXPENSE FOR TEE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1975, AND ENDING-SEPTEMBER 30,
1976.
?~EREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 75-25, was heretofore passed and adopted by the City Council
of said city, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City
from all sources and the estimated expenditures to the various
purposes for the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance ~o.
75-25, the City of Boynton Beach has received a Federal Grant
in the a~Dunt of $59,000.00 for the Traffic Safety Enforcement
Department, thereby increasing
accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the City Council
ho appropriate the said amount
the estimated revenue of the City
of said City deems it essential
of $59,000.00 to the Police
Traffic Safety Enforcement Department ~863 as hereinafter
provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sec~ion 1: That the estimated revenue of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by
the amount of $59,000.00 received from the said Federal Grant.
Section 2: That the said $59,000.00 is hereby appropriated
to the General Fund for Department ~863,
Enforcement, to be expended as follows:
