FURTHER FORA SAVINGS WHAVEN, PROVIDING
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sectio~ 1: That it is hereby determined that the
proposed plat of Lake View Haven, heretofore submitted to the
City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval,
pursuant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City, be
and the Same is hereby approved subject to developer preparing
and filing with the City Clerk a performance and completion bond
mn the total amount of $133,223.50 insuring that improvements
within said areas are installed, completed and paid for.
~ec_tion 2. ~eParability:. ~ Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including Word, clause, phrase or
Sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall no~ be affected but shall remain
in full force and effect.

Section 4.
Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided in the
Charter and Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
