AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDt. NG ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF SAIDCITY BY REZONING
ALL OF GORDON PARK IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
COUNTY OF PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
26, PAGE 122~ FROM ZONE R-l-AA TO R-l-A; PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boyn~on Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
revised zoning map was adopted for said City, under which all of
GORDO~PARK SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 26~ page 122,
Public Record of Palm Beach County, Florida, was zoned R-l-AA; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of said City has
recommended that all of the said GORDON ~ARK SUBDIVISION be
rezoned from R-t-AA to R-l-A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City, after having
conducted a properly advertised Public Hearing relative to the
said request for zoning, deems it in the best interests of the
public and in accordance with the comprehensive development plan
of said City to rezone said GOREON PARK SUBDIVISION from R-l-AA
to R-1-A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described land Re and the same
is hereby rezoned from R-l-AA to R-l-A:
All of GORDON PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
recorded in Plat Book 26, page'122.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5:--Effective. Date:_ This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter
and Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
