AN ORDIN_ANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 75-12 AND SECTION 26-11.1,
ENTITLED INTERIM SERVICES AND FACiLITIE~S FEE", OF
CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY;
'PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITYTO CODIFY, SAVIlqGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the 'City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance 75-12 for the purpose
of amending Section 26-11.1, entitled "Interim services and
facilities feeU, of Chapter 26 of the Codified Ordinances of
said City; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 75-12 has not yet been
codified and incorporated into the City's existing Code; and
~%~EREAS, the City Council deems it advisable that said
Ordinance No. 75-12 and the said Section 26-11.1 be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 75-12 of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That Section 26-11.1, entitled "Interim
~ervices and facilities fee", of Chapter 26 of the Codified
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and is-
hereby repealed.
Section 3; Authority to Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
City's existing Code.
Section 4. Separability: Each of
Ordinance are separable, including word,
the provisions of this
clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 5. Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6. An Ef~f~ective Date: This Ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided in the
Charter and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
