AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 2-61 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 2-61 (b)
AND BY ADDING SUBSECTION 2-61 (e), PROVIDING FOR THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN THE GENERAL FUND AND THE
OPERATING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND WHEN DEEMED
FEASIBLE BY THE CITY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems it advisable and necessary for the efficient
operation of said City to amend Section 2-61 of Chapter 2 of
the codified Ordinances of said city as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Paragraph (b) of Section

and revert to the General Fund."
