FOR OTHER PURi~OSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which
a revised zonmng map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, in the adoption of the said revised zoning map,
the City Council of said City intended to include the hereinafter
described parcels of land in the R-3 zoning classification, but
that said parcels of land were inadvertently assmgned zoning
classifications other than the intended R-3 classification; and
WHEREAS~ the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests O£Uthe inhabitants of said City to correct said errors
in the revised zoning map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcels of land be and
the
same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-iA to R-3:
Lots 123 and 124, Lots 126 through 129 inclusive,
Lots 135 through 138 inclusive, Lots 140 through
144 inclusive, Lots 148, 149 and the East Half of

Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 51.
Section 3: The following described parcel of land be
and the same is hereby rezoned to R-3:
The abandoned Rights of Way formerly described as
N. W. 7th Cour~ and N..W. 7th _Avenue lying between

to the plat of BOYNTON HILLS SUBDIVISION on file

Sectio~ 4: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended accordingly.
Section 5. S~parability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including words clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in

full force and effect.
Section 6. Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 7. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter
and Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
