AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF CHARTER WORLD, SECOND ADDITION;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OT~ER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~ THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of Charter World, S~cond Addition, heretofore submitted to
the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for
approval, pursuant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the
said City, be and the same ~s hereby approued-
Section 2. Separability:. Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including words clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 3. Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflicf herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided in the
Charter and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
