AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,~. ?~
APPROVING REPLAT OF PARCEL F, PARCEL G, LOT ~
BLOCK 84, AND LOT 16, BLOCK 92, PLAT OF TENTH
SECTION, PALM BEACH LEISUREVILI~; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE~ REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE ~ND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
~E~-~tT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
section 1: That it is hereby determined that the
proposed replat of Parcel F, Parcel G, Lot Nine, Block 84, and
LOt 16, Block 92, Plat of Tenth Section, Palm Beach Leisureville,
heretofore submitted to the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, for approval, pursuant to the Charter and the
Ordinances Of the said City, does meet all requirementS of the
City and that same is hereby approved subject to the performance
and completion bond in the total amount of $1,324,304.30,
heretofore filed with the City Clerk of said City, insuring that
improvements within said areas are installed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any pcrtion hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter
and Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
