AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
EXTENDING THE MUNICIPAL TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF SAID
MUNICIPALITY BY THE ANNEXATION OF A CERTAIN UNIN-
CORPORATED TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN TEN
REGISTERED VOTERS, LYING CONTIGUOUS THERETO AND
WITHIN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: A PARCEL
OF LAND LOCATED IN THENORT~EST ONEQUARTER OF
SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM
BEACH COUNTY. FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULD~qLY DESCRIBED
HEREINAFTER~ REDEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY
TO INCLUDE'~AID LAND;- PROUID!ING EOB ZONIN~CLASSIFI-
CATION; .REPEALIN~ ALL oRDINANcES OR PART'OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLtC~ HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO

WHEREAS, the owner of the property more particularly
described hereinafter has heretofore petitioned the City CoUncil
of the Cit~ of Boynton Beach, Florida, requesting the annexation
of certain property lying adjacent and contiguous to the terri-
torial limits of said municipality and within the same County to
the municipal territorial limits of said City: and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than ten
registered voters; and
WHEREAS, all requirements of the Charter of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, and of the laws of the State of Florida,
relative to annexation of contiguous territory have been complied
with; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems the annexation of said land to be beneficial to
and in the best interests of the said City and the owner of said
land that said land be annexed and included within the municipal
territorial limits of
NOW, THEREFORE,
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
said City;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereb~ annexes the tract of land more particu-
larly described in the attached

2: That the territorial boundaries of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby redefined so as to include
the above-described property.
Section 3: That subject property is hereby zoned
ZONE PUD not to exceed a density of six (6) units per acre,
pursuant to the Master Zoning Code of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida.

~: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
5: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
City's existing Code.
Section 6: Separability: Should any section or provision
of this Ordinance or any portion hereof, be declared by a Court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a who&e or any
part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
Section 7: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
