AN ORDINANCE OFTHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORID~
REPEALING CHAPTER 4A, ENTITLED "BARBERS", OF THE
COUIFIED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY,. PROVIDING FOR THE
ABOLISHMENT OF THE CITY BOARD OF BARBER EXAMINERS
AND THE REPEAL OF ALL PROVISIONS OF SAID CHAPTER
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Chapter 4A, entitled "Barbers'~, of
the codified ordances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
be and is hereby repealed.

sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,

parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
