A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND, NO. 5756214, IN THE ~OUNT OF
$120,120.00 TO INSURE COMPLETION OF
REQUIRED SUBDIVISION INFRASTRUCTURE
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE MEADOW LAKE
SUBDIVISION, TRACT M; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City Commission
of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida, hereby approves the
acceptance of the Performance Bond, No. 5756214 in the amount of
$120,120.00, issued by Safeco Insurance Company of America, to
insure completion of required subdivision infrastructure
improvements within the Meadow Lake Subdivision, Tract M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby approves the acceptance of the Performance
Bond, NO. 5756214 in the amount of $120,120.00, issued by Safeco
InsuranCe Company of America, to insure completion of required
subdivision infrastructure improvements within the Meadow Lake
SubdiviSion, Tract M.
