A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A MECHANICAL
SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH OFFICE SYSTEMS
EQUIPMENT & CONSULTING, INC., FOR THE
KARDEX LEKTRIEVER MODEL S-80; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commaission, upon recommendation of staff is
desirous of renewing the mechanical service agreement with Office
Systems Equipment & Consulting; Inc., for the maintenance of the
Kardex Lektriever Model S-80 electronic file located in the
Personnel Department;
NOW, THER~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby authorizes
and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the mechanical
service agreement with Office Systems Equipment & Consulting,
Inc., for the maintenance of the Kardex Lektriever Model S-80
electronic file located in the Personnel Department; said
Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2.
upon passage.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /4-- day of June, 1993.
