A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THECITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
PROPERTY AT 611-619 N.E. 6TH AVENUE, FROM
RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PREPARE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIUE DATE.
WHEREAS, as a result of several liens being placed on the
property located at 611-619 N.E. 6th Avenue~ the owners of the
property, Resolution Trust Corporation, has expressed an
interest in conveying this property to the City of Boynton
Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF~ BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach,'hereby accepts the property located at 611-619 N.E. 6th
Avenue, from Resolution Trust Corporation.
Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare all necessary documentation in regard to
acceptance of this property.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a Contract for Sale of Real Estate
between the City of Boynton Beach and Resolution Trust
Corporation.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
