The I~yor called the special mseting to order at 6:45 P-, M. to consi, der
presenting request to the ~alm Beach County delegation to pass sp~czal
act ame-~i~g our charter to give the City of Boymton Beach power to enact
a pension plan.
Resolution 67-~ aus prepared by the City Manager making such request was
read. Mr. Nylund moved to adopt Resolution 67-~. Hotion seconded by
Mr. Summers and unanimously carried.
Worretl moved to, authorize the }~ayor and City Manager to go to
lg~ssee at the cit~'~o expense in an effort to get this amendment passed.

The City Manager informed the Council that Sewer 2reject 2G (Area 15) was
Meady to procee2t. ~ir. ~mmers moved that we advertise for bids to be
openedi JuLy 17. Motion seceaded by Mr. Nylund and unanimously carried.
Mr. Nyt~nd moved to have ~ l~yor and City Manager to check on annexation
