Mayor McCoy called a special meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Mr. McCoy ~ead a tettem resigning as Mayor and Councilman of the
City of Boynton Beach. Copy attached hereto and made a part
hereof. Mr. Collins moved to accept the resignation. Mr. McCoy
asked the Vice Mayor to take the chai~ so he might second the
motion.
Motion seconded by Mr. McCoy and carried unanimously. Mr. McCoy
left the Council Chambers at this point.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
