· This special meeting ~as called to order by Mayor Madsen .~
at 7:30 P.M. to award the bids on insurance coverage.
William Allan~ ~rchasi~.g Agent, presented the fu~l tabu-~
lation of the bids received and recommended deletlon'-of
bioler and machinery coverage from the program.
Mr. Boos moved ~o .agoept the recommendation of ~he commmt~?
and award the bids in accordanOe with. the attacne~ tabula~mon~
Motion seconded by Mr. McCoy and unanimously csrrme~
Mr. Boos~ Mr. McCoy and the Mayor thanked the Insurance'
Committee composed of insurance agents located within the
City and Mr. Allan, for the many hours of ~ork put into this
insurance study and complimented them on a job well done.
The Mayor anno~uced that the flags at city buildings wer+?
being flown at half-mast in honor of Mr. Arthur O. Fredrich~
City Co~ucilman in 1952 and 1953, who passed away Saturday,
June 2~, 1966o
