held in City Hall, March 22, 1966 at 5:15 P.M.

Frank McCoy, Jr.
Mayor Madsen called the meeting to order and Mr. Moore read
Resolution 66-P requesting Palm Beach County to convey to the
City the county owned tract of seventy-five acres located within
our mur~icipal ~m~ts in Section 5, Township 46S, Range 43E to
be utilized for municipal purposes in the open space program.
Mr. Boos moved to accept the Resolution. Motion was seconded by
Mr. Banks and unanimously carried ~-0. The City Attorney was
instructed to deliver a certified copy of the Resolution to the
Palm Beach County Board of Co~m*~sioners and to ask that they
grant this request.
