BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, NOVEMBER 24, 1965, AT 8:30 A.M.

The Mayor called the meeting to order.at 8:30 A.M. to canvass the
election returns of the pri~my election held November 23, I965.
M~s. Zetta Tergesen, clerk of the South Precinct gave her report and
M~s. Mitd~ed Hallier, clerk of the North Precinct gave the report
from that area.
Mr. Banks moved that the ~eports be accepted as read and the results
be declared official. (Copies of same attached hereto and made a
part hereof. ) Motion seconded by Mm. Madsen and unanimously car-
ried ·
The City Clerk read an application for pez~ait to solicit by tb~
Seventh Day Adventist Church for the period November 25th ~hrough
Dec~mbe~ 24, 1965, Mr. Archie moved that the request be granted
and ~ fees be waived. Motion seconded by M~. Boos and u~u~ni-
mously carried.
An application for permit to solicit by American Legion Post ~288
in the colored section of the City from now until December 10~ 1965
was read. Mr. Boos moved that the ~equest be granted and all fees
be waived. Motion seconded by Mr. Archie and unanimously carTied.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50 A,M.
