Vice Mayor Walter A. Madsen called the meeting to order
11:45 A.M. as a special meeting at the request of three
members an5 the city attorney.

Mr. Moore read Ordinance 65-10 by caption only declaring
the intention of the City to annex a parcel of land located
in the $~ Section 34, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
including a portion of Lot ll, Benson Brothers Subdivision.
Mr. Archie moved that Ordinance 65-10 be adopted upon
second and final reading. Motion seconded by Mr. Banks and
carried 3-0.
The city attorney read Resolution 65-S establishing a
checking account to be designated "City of Boyn~on Beach
Sewer Revenue Fund" with the Boynton Beach First National
Bank in the amount of $35,000, and authorizing official
signatures for same. Mr. Archie moved that Resolution 65-S
be adopted. Motion seconded by Mr. Banks and carried 3-0.
