Mr. Henderson pointed out that these bids were based on drawings

attention~of Council, It was noted that the request_had previously

Fund. No motion on the request was presented,

The City Attorney requested that Council make a decision
on whether or not to sue Gulf Stream Dredging Co. to recover damages
to our water %ine crosSmno the Intra Coastal Waterway at a~proximately
S. W. 18th avenue. He stated that ~he City had already expended
in excess of $~,000.00 and that the company was only willing to pay
$1,000.00, ~. ~ahoney moved that the City institute litigation
against the dredging company to cover the damages to the line and
that the amount be left to the discretion of the City Attorney as
more expenses might be incurred, Mr~ B~uks seconded the motion.
Carried unanimously.
Nm. Mahoney moved that the request for transfer of beverage
license to George and Theresa Laurel, lli5 N. Federal Highway~ be
approved. Mr. Summers seconded the motion which carried unanzmo~sly,
