The purpose of this meeting was to ratify the executionof
anagreement anda certificate of indebtedness, both dated
August 31, 1961 with ~.-R&~Pield, settling sewer bond matters
affecting~the Rolling Green Ridge area.
Thecertificate of indebtedness and agreement were reread.
Mr. Summers then made a motion that council ratify~the ex-
ecution setting forth the agreement between theCity and
N. Ro~Field settling sewer bond matters in Rolling Green
Ridge area previouslyexecutedby theF~ayor..and City Clerk,
effective August 31~ 196t, all pursuant prior council action
direction.
Motion was seconded by Mr. Pipes and unanimously carried.
A copy of this agreement is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
