ORDINANCE NO. 18-003 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 02-013 TO REZONE A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN AND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS ONE BOYNTON FROM MIXED USE LOW DISTRICT (MU-L) TO MIXED USE 4 DISTRICT (MU-4); 8 PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN • EFFECTIVE DATE. 1i 1 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has 1 adopted Ordinance No. 02-013, in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; 13 and 1, WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has made application to rezone land, said 15 land being more particularly described hereinafter, from Mixed Use Low District (MU-L) to 1. Mixed Use 4 District (MU-4); and 1 WHEREAS, the City Commission conducted public hearings as required by law and 18 heard testimony and received evidence which the Commission finds supports a rezoning for 19 the property hereinafter described; and 20 WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best interests of the inhabitants of 2 said City to amend the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth. 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 23 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: 24 Section 1. The foregoing Whereas clauses are true and correct and incorporated 25 herein by this reference. 26 Section 2. The land herein described be and the same is hereby rezoned from 27 Mixed Use Low District (MU-L) to Mixed Use 4 District (MU-4). A location map is 28 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part of this Ordinance by reference. Section 3. That the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map of the City shall be amended 37 accordingly. 38 Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby 39 repealed. 40 Section 5. Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof 4 be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect 42 the remainder of this Ordinance. 43 Section 6.
