This meeting was called for the purpose of reviewing the l~esolution
pertaining to the proposed ~gater Improvement l~rogram.

The City Attorney summarized the highlights of the proposed
l~esolution which had been prepared by the New York Bonding Counsel.
Mr. Baughman stated he would not gQ3.over this 44 page resolution
