Agenda Item C-3 Consent Agenda for 9/6
Unless Dale and I are mistaken, this item has been effectively replaced by New Business Agenda Item X A (Biltmore
Terrace). To have the matter resolved, Legal will still need to prepare an Agenda Request Form advising the Commission
that the item is a duplicate and should be removed from the agenda.
Thanks,
Kurt
