3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
4 APPOINTING VICE MAYOR CHRISTINA L. ROMELUS AS A
5 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COUNTYWIDE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
6 COORDINATION PROGRAM, AND APPOINTING LORI LAVERRIERE,
7 CITY MANAGER AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
8 COUNTYWIDE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION PROGRAM;
9 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

11 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
12 representation on the Countywide Intergovernmental Coordination Program; and
13
14 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
15 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor of
16 service.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
19 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA THAT:

21 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true
22 and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

24 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby appoints Vice
25 Mayor Christina L. Romelus as a representative to the Countywide Intergovernmental Coordination
26 Program and appoints Lori LaVerriere, City Manager as alternate representative to the Countywide
27 Intergovernmental Coordination Program.

29 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
