3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
4 APPOINTING COMMISSIONER JOE CASELLO AS A
5 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF
6 CITIES, AND APPOINTING COMMISSIONER MACK MCCRAY AS
7 ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
8 LEAGUE OF CITIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

11 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
12 representation on the Palm Beach County League of Cities; and
13
14 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
15 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor of
16 service.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
19 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA THAT:

21 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true
22 and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

24 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby appoints
25 Commissioner Joe Casello as a representative to the League of Cities and appoints Commissioner
26 Mack McCray as alternate representative to the Palm Beach County League of Cities.

28 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
