3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
4 FLORIDA, APPOINTING COMMISSIONER JOE CASELLO
5 AS A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF
6 BOYNTON WEST RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (COBWRA),
7 AND APPOINTING COMMISSIONER JUSTIN KATZ AS
8 ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF
9 BOYNTON WEST RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (COBWRA);
10 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

12 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
13 representation on the Coalition of Boynton West Residents Association(COBWRA); and
14
15 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
16 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor of
17 service.

19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
20 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA THAT:

22 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true
23 and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

25 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby appoints
26 Commissioner Joe Casello as a representative to the Coalition of Boynton West Residents Association
27 (COBWRA) and appoints Commissioner Just Katz as alternate representative to the Coalition of
28 Boynton West Residents Association (COBWRA).

30 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
