A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
BOYNTON BEACH DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES,
L.P., IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,654.23 FOR
THE PROJECT KNOWN AS BOYNTON COMMONS
SHOPPING CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously
posted cash surety in the amount of $10,654.23 for the
project known as Boynton Commons Shopping Center, for the
completion of landscaping and irrigation; and
W~EREAS, the owner of the off-site land is now
Wal'Mart, and the responsibility for the installation of the
landscaping and irrigation is now part of the required
improvements for the Wal'Mart project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the
amount of $10,654.23 to Boynton Beach Development
Associates, L.P., for the project known as Boynton Commons
Shopping Center.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
